Fencing in East Texas

A fence does three jobs at once: it marks the property, it secures it, and it changes how the whole place looks from the road. Mora Property Service installs and repairs metal and wrought-iron fencing for homes and businesses across East Texas, and we build fences that are still straight and solid when the cheap ones have started to lean.

If you need a new fence line, a gate that works, or a repair on storm damage, call 903-279-1868.

Metal and wrought-iron fencing

Metal fencing is the standard for security and curb appeal in East Texas. It does not rot, it does not feed termites, and it holds its lines through wet seasons and dry. We install ornamental metal fencing for frontages and pools, privacy-style metal panels where screening matters, and heavier-duty configurations for commercial perimeters.

Wrought-iron style fencing gets the details right: consistent picket spacing, clean welds, proper posts, and finish that stands up to humidity. The difference between a good metal fence and a bad one is mostly invisible — post depth, concrete, hardware, and how the panels are set — and it shows up five years later.

Fence repair

Storms bend panels, trees drop limbs across fence lines, gates sag, and posts pull loose when soil moves. We repair metal and wrought-iron fencing rather than defaulting to replacement: straightening panels, resetting posts, replacing damaged sections, and fixing gates that drag or latch wrong. When repair truly is not worth it, we will tell you that too, and quote the replacement honestly.

Gates

A fence is only as good as its gate. We hang walk gates and drive gates on proper posts with hardware that matches the weight they carry, so they swing clean for years instead of sagging within months. Gate repairs are one of our most common service calls, and most of them trace back to undersized posts on the original install.

Commercial fence lines

Commercial properties live and die by their perimeters: equipment yards, utility compounds, storage lots, and customer-facing frontages. Commercial fence work includes security fencing, decorative frontage fencing, and fence line maintenance on grounds contracts. Storm damage on commercial fence lines gets priority response through our commercial property contract.

Fence layout and planning

Before any fence goes up, the line has to be right. We plan around property lines, utility easements, drainage, and grade changes so the fence sits correctly and does not fight the land. Corners get set square, runs stay straight, and the fence follows the ground instead of floating over dips.

On properties with existing fences in poor shape, we walk the line and give you a straight answer about what can be salvaged and what needs to go.
