Mora Property Service (“Mora Property Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides lawn care, landscaping, tree, fencing, and related property services in East Texas. Information you give us

When you fill out a contact form, a quote request form, or otherwise reach out to us, we collect the information you choose to provide. This typically includes your name, phone number, email address, service address or general location, and details about the work you are requesting (for example, the type of service and a description of your property or project).

If you place an order through our online store, we collect the information needed to process and fulfill it, such as your name, billing and/or shipping address, email address, phone number, and the items or services ordered. If you create an account, we also store your account login details and order history.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our web server and the tools described below may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring web page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.

Contact and Quote Request Forms

Our contact and quote request forms are powered by the Contact Form 7 plugin for WordPress. Information you submit through these forms is sent to us by email so we can respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and schedule service.

To protect our forms from spam and abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information (such as device and application data) and sends it to Google for analysis. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use the Site so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, how you arrived at the Site, and general information about your device and approximate location. This information is aggregated and is not used by us to personally identify you.

If you leave a comment on our blog, we collect the information shown in the comment form along with your IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining customer and order records, and meeting legal, accounting, and tax requirements.
